Terms & Conditions
1. The Avon/Tyrespot 'Money Back Prize Draw' is open to all consumers who are UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 and over, except Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Europe Ltd. Tyrespot Autocentres Ltd. (the 'Sponsors'), employees (and their immediate families), its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Money Back Programme, or trade customers. This offer is open to retail customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.
2. By participating in the Money Back Programme an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Money Back Programme material.
3. The Money Back Programme has a purchase requirement - Entrants must purchase and fit two or four of the designated Avon brand tyres in a single transaction between 4th December 2011 and 28th January 2012 in the UK (excluding NI). Designated tyres are all tyres listed and sold by Tyrespot and within the Avon car and 4x4 tyre range
4. One prize per draw. Draws will be made on: Saturday 10th and 17th December 2011 and 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th January 2012.
5. Claims must be made on an official claim form. Claims must be completed in ink, and must be accompanied by a valid original receipt highlighting the tyres purchased and handed into the Tyrespot depot at the time of purchase.
6. Claim forms and receipts become the absolute property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
7. Only one entry per household. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to discard illegible claim forms. The Sponsor reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Sponsor's decision is final.
8. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Money Back Programme will pay the appropriate amount of money for the pair or set of the designated Avon tyres purchased and fitted. 9. The Sponsor would like to contact you with information regarding products, services, events or special offers that may be of interest to you. 10.
