Had a large split in a tyre 150 miles from home and Tried Kwikfit and National Tyres, neither had the correct tyre in stock as didn’t Tyre Spot, but the guy managed to source one from another branch. As soon as it arrived, they got straight onto fitting it. Excellent service at a reasonable price, highly recommended.

The staff at Tyre Spot North Shields couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a puncture in my tyre and called in on the off chance they would be able to fix it for me, as I couldn’t get it booked in for another couple of days somewhere else. They squeezed me in and the job was completed within the hour! Fantastic.

As a taxi driver I need tyres changing more often than most. I’ve been using Tyre Spot for over 4 years and the service is second to none. Always friendly and they always do a great job. I was running early for work so popped in to see if they could change a tyre before I had to open up and they fitted me a new tyre there and then. Gave me tons of advice as to why the inside of the tyre was wearing quicker than the rest of it, and the tyre was cheaper than expected, which is always nice! I couldn't have asked for better service! 10/10.

I was recommended to go to Stag Tyres a while ago now and have used them ever since. This team of experts are kind, knowledgeable and so efficient! Not only do they look after you as a customer but your purse too irrespective of your knowledge of cars and tyres. It's so refreshing to see high quality customer service and quick solutions to punctures. I would not go anywhere else for new tyres again!

Have to say thank you to Craig and Alistair for saving me a lot of money. Took the car in as I thought the wheel was buckled. They looked at all four wheels and decided that they hadn't been balanced properly. About half an hour later the job was done and the car is back to it smooth self.

Called them same day I took delivery of two new tyres November 21st to see if they would fit them. Told to call in ASAP which I did and within 5 mins was handing over my keys for tyre fitting . The fitter called me over when the front tyres were off to point out one of them was damaged which I didn't know . Within 20mins the new tyres were on balanced ready to go Cost of fitting balancing new valves etc was only £20 per wheel ..... Great to have fast professional service from a friendly crew ..best in Washington Thanks guys

Fast, friendly and trustworthy people with very reasonable prices. Called them this morning, booked car for MOT for later on the day, dropped it off and few hours later told me that it had failed MOT (car was making a terrible noise anyway and needed a new tyre) but could sort things out, few hours later collected car with jobs completed. Great service.

Drove in after 4 o'clock today for a front light change, they noticed it was actually 2 bulbs off. Few minutes later and were both changed. I then asked yo have a look at my exhaust as it was shaking a lot. On the ramp it went, few loose screws fixed. Excellent service again 👏 👍 👌

On my first visit at this place faced some issues but the issues got resolved immediately. Took a Toyota auris mk1 e150 for replacement of front driver side drop link and tyre tracking. The job was carried out within an hour while I was comfortable in the waiting area. Highly recommend insisting on taking to Mark at the reception.

Always use this branch and have for years. They're a bit iffy on the phone but i get the impression this is because they are always very busy. However i cannot fault the place for service and value.

Been plagued by an annoying slow puncture for weeks. TyreSpot was my local choice. A notice on the door asking you not to go into the reception but wait by your vehicle and they will call you in.(Covid measures). My slow puncture turned out to be a screw through my tyre. They repaired it and I thought the £18 charge was reasonable. Friendly, professional service. Will be going here when I need new tyres.

Took my car there to have tracking done, didn't need to book a time, friendly and polite staff and only took 20 mins . I give them 1 out of 10. Price reasonable. Would definitely use them again for any other work.
