Fast, friendly and trustworthy people with very reasonable prices. Called them this morning, booked car for MOT for later on the day, dropped it off and few hours later told me that it had failed MOT (car was making a terrible noise anyway and needed a new tyre) but could sort things out, few hours later collected car with jobs completed. Great service.

Drove in after 4 o'clock today for a front light change, they noticed it was actually 2 bulbs off. Few minutes later and were both changed. I then asked yo have a look at my exhaust as it was shaking a lot. On the ramp it went, few loose screws fixed. Excellent service again 👏 👍 👌

Helpful and friendly staff do a great job

The staff at Tyre spot Consett were excellent & went over & above. They booked my van in for a service at very short notice. The supplier failed to deliver the correct oil filter & were closed as it was a Saturday. The staff travelled to Gateshead to obtain the part for my van, so I could have my van back for work on Sunday. They stayed back for over an hour after they were closed to complete my van.

My wife's car had a puncture,a broken Stanley blade to blame. The tyre spot team were excellent replaced the tyre with a similar make. Quick efficient and friendly service. We would certainly recommend this company.

Booked in via Blackcircles.I was greeted on arrival and confirmed my details. My car was immediately taken into the workshop and I was shown to the waiting lounge. All of the staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Fifteen minutes later my car was returned to me all done. I would highly recommend this company and its staff and would certainly return again. Many thanks.

Always reasonable and friendly service. UPDATE: ordered wrong tyre and paid paypal online. Called them up and was refunded within ten minutes after a callback from them. Great customer service. Will be ordering correct tyres from them very soon.
