Needed another tracking service on the wheels of my car. Cant recommend the service,staff & cost enough.

Ordered my tyres online and booked an afternoon appointment, just a small wait as some of the guys were still on lunch. New front tyres fitted and front wheels swapped over with the rear wheels, no hassle. I've always used Tyre Spot Houghton and always recommend them.

Visited recently to pick up our lad from Uni. Got a puncture on the Saturday morning we were returning home almost 200 miles away with a car packed solid with possessions. They squeezed us in and thankfully managed to get us a replacement tyre and saved us from being stranded. They were quicker than their own predicted time, courteous and very helpful. Very grateful for the fact that they recognised our situation and did everything that they could to help. The tyre was sorted quickly and the price was excellent.

As always... Tyrespot in Washington were great. The staff are always pleasant despite being 100% constantly busy.

Good service, very reasonable price for tyre £50 , only thing I went at 3.30pm Saturday had to wait an hour , I was told that a queue of 9 cars were waiting prior to opening at 8.30am , be prepared to wait.

Turned up unannounced on a Monday afternoon, after a short wait (few people in the queue before me) I got my tracking done quickly. Thank you.

On Friday 4th July we flew into Newcastle Airport from holiday and upon returning to my car I noticed a puncture on the left rear wheel.
In order to get home it was necessary to inflate the tyre enough to get the twenty miles or so back home.
With luggage in the car I popped in to Tyre Spot at around 5.15pm in order to arrange an appointment for the following day to have the tyre replacement.
They went the extra mile and replaced the tyre straight away even remaining open after hours to get the work complete.
Absolutely outstanding customer service and I am happy to endorse Tyre Spot Houghton le Spring.

Fantastic service from the young lad that works on the front desk and apologise I've forgotten you're name, I have learning difficulties and dyslexia, I called today about my tyres and didnt really know what I was looking for, the kind chap was very helpful and said he could fit them.the same day, I drove down within 30 mins of the phone call and my car was booked in, I took my therapy dog for a good hour walk whilst the work was being done, he was knackered as was I.
