Called about a puncture. When I got there they had a new tyre in case puncture too close to side wall. That turned out to be the case. Tyre replaced. Whole visit lasted 10 minutes. Very good service.

The staff at Tyre spot Consett were excellent & went over & above. They booked my van in for a service at very short notice. The supplier failed to deliver the correct oil filter & were closed as it was a Saturday. The staff travelled to Gateshead to obtain the part for my van, so I could have my van back for work on Sunday. They stayed back for over an hour after they were closed to complete my van.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff, honest pricing (didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need) and quick turnaround. Will definitely be back. Thanks a lot.

Very helpful staff and easy to get to, plenty parking, prices reasonable. They went above and beyond for me on 10th November 23 when I had a flat tyre and needed to be back on the road quickly, they were exceptional and I couldn't be more grateful. Brilliant service can't fault them

Have used Stag tyres for many years. Usually they are very busy and some wait is necessary but this time I was straight in.

Whilst on our way into Durham City on our way to a function at a local hotel about 10 miles away the tyre pressure warning light illuminated on my wife’s Mercedes showing significant tyre pressure loss in one tyre. We called into Tyre Spot at Durham and explained our predicament. One of the guys immediately stopped what he was doing, checked all tyre pressures, inflated all tyres to the correct pressure and reset the tyre pressure warning on the dashboard, allowing us to continue on our journey within minutes and reach our destination without being late. The tyres have since remained inflated and without any further issues. What an incredible service! A service rarely seen these days! The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. No delay, it was like something seen on a F1 pit lane tyre change! We can’t thank Tyre Spot enough and rest assured we’ll now use this company for any further tyre requirements in the future for our cars. Thanks guys, we highly recommend you. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in a bit of a pickle on a bank Holiday Monday i phoned a few company's with no help and then saw this company on Google, i phoned, expalained the problems and within an hour i had new tires fitted, superb service and price thank you very much

Friendly and efficient service

Ordered my tyres online and booked an afternoon appointment, just a small wait as some of the guys were still on lunch. New front tyres fitted and front wheels swapped over with the rear wheels, no hassle.

Superb service. I took my car in with a suspected slow leak on my tyre. They couldn't find anything wrong with the tyre so replaced the valve. Really quick and efficient service and didn't charge a penny for replacing the valve, which subsequently fixed the problem. Cheers lads!
