good service had two tyres fitted for a reasonable price for the size of them. Popped over to tesco while they were being fitted did a bit of shopping and it was all done within an hour, very pleasant bunch of lads

Called them same day I took delivery of two new tyres November 21st to see if they would fit them. Told to call in ASAP which I did and within 5 mins was handing over my keys for tyre fitting . The fitter called me over when the front tyres were off to point out one of them was damaged which I didn't know . Within 20mins the new tyres were on balanced ready to go Cost of fitting balancing new valves etc was only £20 per wheel ..... Great to have fast professional service from a friendly crew ..best in Washington Thanks guys

Great service. Had a slow puncture. Dropped in on a Friday to have it checked. Couldn't be repaired and tyres were starting to perish. Two new tyres ordered and fitted the following Monday.

Got my Kia Sportage wheels balanced and they did a good job. After about a week I thought there might be a problem so I took the car back. The man there took the car and immediately checked every aspect of the wheels. The fault seems to be the cheap tyres fitted (not long had the car) move about a little bit. He really put my mind to rest. Definitely recommend this place!

I desperately needed new tyres as was selling my vehicle and it turned out the front 2 were below the legal limit. Stag managed to order my tyres in and get them fitted the same day I called them and potentially saved me from missing out on a sale. There was a bit of a wait but I'm not surprised because they're busy - onviously because they are quality at what they do. The price was also outstanding to put the cherry on the cake. Thanks lads, got yourself a customer for life 👍

Whilst on our way into Durham City on our way to a function at a local hotel about 10 miles away the tyre pressure warning light illuminated on my wife’s Mercedes showing significant tyre pressure loss in one tyre. We called into Tyre Spot at Durham and explained our predicament. One of the guys immediately stopped what he was doing, checked all tyre pressures, inflated all tyres to the correct pressure and reset the tyre pressure warning on the dashboard, allowing us to continue on our journey within minutes and reach our destination without being late. The tyres have since remained inflated and without any further issues. What an incredible service! A service rarely seen these days! The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. No delay, it was like something seen on a F1 pit lane tyre change! We can’t thank Tyre Spot enough and rest assured we’ll now use this company for any further tyre requirements in the future for our cars. Thanks guys, we highly recommend you. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at Tyre Spot North Shields couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a puncture in my tyre and called in on the off chance they would be able to fix it for me, as I couldn’t get it booked in for another couple of days somewhere else. They squeezed me in and the job was completed within the hour! Fantastic.
