All the way from Stafford in the midlands I want to say a massive high five to the guys at Durham branch I had a blow out 200 miles away from home recovery truck was going to be hours and hours they had my tyre done and sorted in an hour so we got to stop off at the beach after all thank you guys lifesavers 🙌

Very help and accommodating even late on in the day, they helped me out a few times, the garage is clean, tidy and the service is fast. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and top class job done

This is a review of the branch at Devon Crescent, Birtley. As far as I know they only do tyres. I could hear a drumming noise inside the car which got worse at speed. Glen said it is usually caused by wheel bearings, but I had already had the rear ones replaced. So he inspected the tyres and found that both of the rear ones had uneven wear causing flat spots . Glen quoted me a price for two tyres which was only slightly above the best price on the internet (Blackcircles). When I drove away the noise had gone. It was well worth paying a little extra for his excellent service and expertise. I would highly recommend this branch of Tyre Spot for as long as Glen is the manager.

These men are brilliant. Really helpful and happy to help no matter how small a problem, like putting air in tyres. Highly recommend this place as I trust them completely to do a good job at a fair price.

I asked for tyre rotation and wheel balance, tyre depth was checked and rotation deemed unnecessary as all tyres were fine, had them balanced and car drives without wobbly steering wheel. Honest guys and quick work, would use again!

I needed a tyre that day, after a puncture and before a long trip. They had my size in stock, though no choice of brand. Other brands could have been ordered. They fitted it within 30 minutes of my arrival. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was on my way in good time to carry on with all my plans for the day. Well done!

Just had a full 4 wheel alignment done here, quick service by friendly and helpful staff, you can see what's being done to your car on a monitor in the waiting room. Great job and great price!

Very helpful pleasant spoken to with respect shown to seated waiting area which by the way was very clean one thing for sure you come away clean not like some places we've been to job very well done ladsvery well organized and took notice how they speak to customers on phone they literally go out their way to make sure they can help in anyway plus the price to replace my daughter's tyre was cheaper than I expected we definitely will carry on going there ...well done gentleman you passed with high marks in our book.

Took my car here as it was making a funny noise. Turns out the brake pad had slipped, and I needed new disks and pads on the front. Had a long wait as their supplier had delivered two different disks but this wasn't the garage's fault - they contacted their supplier immediately when they noticed but I had to wait for the other correct one to arrive. Average pricing but the staff were friendly and willing to help. Nice, comfortable seating in the waiting area, where you can view what's being done to your car.

Excellent service, guys I spoke to couldn't help enough. Didn't try to fleece me, gave me a good price for tyre and fitting. Did it straight away no hassle. I tried tyre spot after previously using Kwik fit. Much better and cheaper experience!

Got my Kia Sportage wheels balanced and they did a good job. After about a week I thought there might be a problem so I took the car back. The man there took the car and immediately checked every aspect of the wheels. The fault seems to be the cheap tyres fitted (not long had the car) move about a little bit. He really put my mind to rest. Definitely recommend this place!
